Waking Up Feeling Hungry

Discussion in 'Physical & Sexual Health' started by twospiritlycan, Oct 8, 2013.

  1. I only slept an hour in bed, and woke up feeling hungry. I'm makig some boiled eggs right now, and drinking some milk. I had some ramen noodles last night. I hardly ate yesterday.

    Is this good or bad?

You hardly ate yesterday and are now hungry...ignore the fact that you went to sleep and we get

I haven't eaten much and now I'm hungry.

    ^^ lol

The bigger issue is the fact you did not eat yesterday...not that you are waking up hungry.

If you get better nutrition consistently I think that should solve your problem.

Yes. Ramen noodles do not a good meal make.
