When you say you think, have you been tested? That's the first question. As far as disclosing it, of the people I know who are HIV+, they generally don't disclose on meeting someone, but definitely before any sexual activity occurs, and the disclosure is as simple as "Before we go any further, I need for you to know that I am HIV positive (or whatever...)
