Hello everyone! I plan to start exercising regularly for my New Years Resolution. I don't have the money for any kind of equipment for it though. I can walk/jog to the gas station for cardio, but I was wondering if anyone knew any good work out routines or resources for such? I'm not really sure exactly what I'm hoping to achieve honestly though, I know I don't want to get all beefy and muscular because that just isn't me. Beyond that I have no set goal for image. Secondly, I suck at interactions with other people. I cannot survive small talk. I don't know why, but I am just weird and awkward. So if anyone happens to know any good tips/advice for socializing with new people that'd also be grand :3
