I'm highly addicted to sugar but i've managed to cut down and only have those nice yogurts which taste good :icon_bigg. I want to try replacing sweets with fruits and be more healthy because what i did in the past is pretty dangerous . So like how do i start doing this i know this question sounds stupid but i want to make a change .
I don't know... Just buy them and eat them? :lol: If you have trouble eating them though, try cutting them into small cubes. It makes fruits much more appealing and easier to eat. You can also put them in yogurts.
Adding anything to your diet is about being creative. I buy a lot of frozen fruit and makes smoothies with them. It's more inexpensive and just as effective.
