So for a few years I have been noticing that I am always shaking, it varies how much though. I dont know why this happens. Anyone have an idea?

Hi, I would like to suggest you do see a doctor, better to get that checked up.
Probably nothing at all, but you can't know for sure.

Are you a tense or nervous person?
    Are you stressed? Not sleeping?
Do you drink coffee or caffeinated products?
Do you not get enough water or vitamins and minerals?

Those are things that usually cause me to shake. But is this a common problem? All the time? Definitely seek a doctor in that case.

All four of those actually, and yes it is all the time. It gets so bad sometimes it starts to affect my handwriting.

I'd suggest you do see a doctor. It could be caused by low blood sugar or magnesium deficiency.

Definitely see a doctor. Stop drinking too much coffee or too many caffeine or energy drinks. Eat more fruits and perhaps take some multivitamins.
But it can be also a disease (hyper-function of the thyroid for example. Which is easily treatable, but you have to do something about it because it effects the whole body in negative way.)
Ask your parents to take you to a doctor or go yourself. They will run blood tests and you will know (*hug*)

Yeah, definitely quit the coffee. It's most likely related to that...

The 4 I mentioned I experience a lot, but I cannot do coffee it guarantees to get me to shake. I suggest eating better and working on more sleep and like everyone said go see a doctor
