I'm sure this is common, but does anyone else experience thoughts that are so fucking pointless YET they annoy the hell out of you? (example: paying a LOT of attention to peoples body language, facial expressions, body movements, etc etc) It's literally pointless to think about and dwell on. I'm starting therapy soon to help clear my mind AND hopefully get myself back on a clear mentality. But yeah, its these pointless thoughts/observations that I dwell on that make me feel frustrated and like I'm losing my mind...
I have pretty much the same problem. For some reason if someone else mentions I overthink things, or I pay attention to pointless details, I get slightly annoyed and tell them that they're wrong. I'm just going to assume you feel similarly so that I can keep on feeling normal. :icon_bigg
