I had a horrific habit. It is embarassing like crazy Buuuut, I pulled some of my hair out piece by piece... It was terrific and my daughter did notice it. It got reallllly bad! I (!):icon_bigg:eusa_clapdecided for my New Year's resolution that I would stop. Was not sure if I could but I have and for that I'm very thankful full.
The name for compulsive hair-pulling is trichotillomania. Big congrats on keeping your new year's resolution! I did this for over a decade (it was bad, there were bald patches and my legs are scarred up like mad), but I've been pull-free for nearly six months now.
