Routine Doctor visit turns into...wow

    so I went to the doctors for a routine exam today (not having to do with my HRT), They were in fact looking at my stomach to see if my ulcers had returned or not, so instead of shoving a camera down my throat, the doctor(my regular doctor btw) opted for an ultrasound... and what she found... surprised me!
    I have ovaries lol....(non-functional but still)
    It's called Persistent Müllerian duct syndrome.
    so technically I was never a male lol I have been Intersex this whole time xD
    whoda thought!

    I feel great about it lol, she asked if I wanted it removed, but I told her im going to be a woman anyways lol it will only make me feel more genuine lol

    That's actually really interesting to hear. I can only imagine how you felt after finding out.

    Before I went on hormones (T), I used to think, "wouldn't it be cool if I went to a doctor to find out what the hell is wrong with my hormones and found our I was intersexed? I think that would be the most awesome thing." Though, that's probably not what was going on, I probably just had PCOS or some shit, but I let myself dream anyway.

    That's so cool. I didn't know that sort of thing happened, but that's really amazing! It's kinda like it was meant to be. Like a little thing in your body saying "Don't worry. You're right about how you feel." or something xD
    It's just really neat you had something female there all along~
