Umm. I'll tell you about me: let's say I'm a 90% top. I could happily live a relationship without ever bottoming, I'm a very simple man with a G spot in my penis. Nevertheless, I'm now in a relationship with a man who is versatile, and as much as he enjoys bottoming, he likes to top every now and then. The prostate orgasm is no myth. You need to be in tune with your body. I have tried using an aneros and have had several prostate orgasms from it. It feels phenomenal.

I'm pretty sure it's possible. It may be difficult, but it can most likey happen. You'd be surprised at what you can enjoy if you "accquire the taste" as it were, and I think that's part of it. Orgasm through only anal stimulation has to be worked towards, and that's why most people never find themselves reaching it. They try it once or twice, don't experience much pleasure from it, and then are done with it for the most part. Of course, I haven't reached that point, but I have learned to enjoy things I didn't intially. Probably very similar if not the same thing.

As CharlieHK mentioned though, porn is made for entertainment and often does not accurately portray most sex. So take what you see whith a grain of salt.

Anyway, as to the rest of the anal lovers here, most of the time, I actually don't try to orgasm when I'm doing anal masturbation. Generally, I just like to sit on my dildo for a long time (longest I've gone is three hours) feel the stretch and get a low intensity feeling of pleasure... Of course, if I go in and out at any reasonable pace with it, the orgasm will take me over in short order. Most of the time I don't do that though, because I like to get a lower intensity pleasure over a longer time...

I am wondering though, are people's bodies just set up differently so they don't enjoy anal penetration at all, or are the people who had bad experiences with it doing it wrong? I guess I just think it's a mentality thing and a practice thing, but I suppose it's also possible that some people's bodies just don't work with that kind of stimulation...

I would think some people just aren't meant to have anal, it's certainly not a mentality thing for me. I was trying my best not to yell and cuss, it was like being pinched and kicked from the inside. I had to lay on my belly afterwards because I couldn't sit down or lay on my back.
