I'm depressed, suffer from social anxiety and insomnia. I've come across Phenibut, which many people have said has helped them sleep so much better and has reduced their social anxiety. I have some, but I'm not sure whether to take it as I've heard it's easy to build a tolerance and the withdrawal can be very nasty. If not, does anybody have anything that they take that helps?
I have not heard of that.. I'd do some research online to see what you can find out about it. If sleep is one of your issues, read up about "sleep hygiene" ... things you can do to improve the quality of your sleep good luck
