My boyfriend has suffered from a constant headache for over two months. At the beginning he said it was "a splitting headache", now it's just mild or moderate, but it is still present. He also says he feels pressure behind one of his eyes. He has had a regular GP check-up and also a head X-ray done. According to both of them he is completely fine. He has tried taking Ibuprofen based pain killers for a few days and he said that the headache got a little better, but never completely stopped. He has a tough working schedule (he's a teacher of a foreign language, so his lessons are mostly about conversations with students), waking up at 4/5am and working till evening, four days a week. He's had this schedule for a few months, but his headache only started in late January and he says he doesn't think it's related to tiredness (although he's constantly tired). It doesn't stop even after his 3-day-long weekend.

Do you have any idea what could be wrong? Has someone had a similar problem? I will be thankful for all your advices!

Could be stress/tiredness. Did he have an MRI?
