Hey guys, so I'm just gonna be blunt and not beat around the bush so I hope I'm fine, but why do I always get diarrhea whenever I go see my boyfriend, this is the 4th time and I seriously have to go at one of the 2 train stations every time except the first time I saw him. It's now very annoying. Thanks

    Could it be nerves?

Most likely but it's pretty much the only effect I get and considering this is the 4th I shouldn't be nervous anymore?

It's OK. I used to get really bad diarrhea too, and I still get it sometimes.
My advice is to eat lots of fruits and try to lower your anxiety. I use valerian root to calm myself down before I go to sleep, but it might make you too drowsy... :astonished:

Is there something you always eat before seeing your boyfriend?

I see him once a month, although twice this month  I can't say i ever eat anything specific, the morning of the day i see him i don't eat anything, I tried eating and it made me feel really sick on the way down, so not eating, once i've exploded at the start of the journey, my stomach is fairly neurtral, it's just that first explosion which i'm getting fed up off

It may be because you don't see him that often.

possibly, the only time I was nervous when i was actully wth him was the 2nd time i saw him, thats when i felt sickly throughout most of the day, the last 2 times i've felt fine when i actually arrive at his town to see him, just the journey down and the night before.

I think that can happen when you're nervous or anxious. It would happen to me if I was seeing a guy a liked, too
