Is it normal for a younger kid to have a larger penis? My close friend that I have been mucking around with is actually a few months younger than me (he is 12 but nearly 13 soon). His penis seems to be a few cms longer than mine. Would it make a difference because his is not circumcised and mine is? I am a little small for my age and he is a bit taller than me.
Contrary to what any urban myth will tell you, circumcision has not been proved to effect penis size, actually, to my knowledge, it's quite the opposite. It does not effect it at all. And size ranges so greatly from person to person that he might just be one of the "lucky" people with a larger one. Doesn't really make a difference though, if anything it can cause a few...more "problems" later on when it comes to actually having sex.
Yeah. Only few people who has larger dick by genetic reasons. So you can do nothing about size but I don't know how large yours is but I am pretty sure it's normal. You never know after few years yours might become bigger than your friend's Sex organs grows differently from others it's really individual thing so don't worry If your friend doesn't make fun of your dick size then I don't think you need to think about it too much. Don't worry and have fun but anything that you question about then you know we are here(*hug*)
I wouldn't be too worried about your size Nat. Believe me, penis size is a wide range. With some, you will have the shower (meaning what you see is nearly what you get, once they have an erection it is about the same as when flaccid) and others will be growers (appear to have a small penis but when erect it is quite a lot bigger). It will vary a lot. Average size when erect is between 6 and 6.5 inches but the size when flaccid can vary greatly. So I wouldn't be too worried about it and overall and the largest sexual organ of the human is the brain.

yeah 94nat its nothing to worry about. Ive just turned 16 and mine is i suppose average size (about 6 inches). i have 2 younger brothers, one is 13 and hi s is bigger than mine. I think im a late bloomer so i hope that mine will grow a little bigger!

heck im almost 19 and I am 9 inches long. so im above average. It is different for every person so don't worry about it.
When I was 13 mine was like 6 inches long (and everyone who saw it was like "wow"). Now I have a seven incher, nothing impressive, but it works fine. I think it's normal to have a bigger one at a young age. The thing is, they often stop growing early when they're big at a young age... so we end up being average guys.
I've never measured. As for penis sizes when you have sex no one really cares about how big it is, a penis is a penis and its good small or large. Just because you have a small one doesn't mean you are mutilated or not growing properly, that may just be you're uniqueness or it just ain't finished yet.
