Post-op neural remapping?

After my surgery(vaginoplasty) I have developed and interesting ability that I never had before. I can now have an orgasm without touching myself at all. I was just curious if anyone else who has gone through the same surgery has also found this to happen to them. I *think* it has something to do with cognitive remapping post-op, but that is just a guess. Can anyone relate?

Wait so you just think about sexual things and it makes you cum? That's pretty awesome

Basically yeah. It takes a little concentration but it can be very handy.

Well. That could be useful later.

    Whoa.

I've heard of ciswomen being able to do that to some extent- dunno if they're strong sensations but they get something. I've come close, even though I'm a guy.

Yeah I think it has something to do with having nerves moved around and having to retrain the brain on what is where. Through that process I somehow managed to get a lot more control over things. It's really odd and interesting at the same time.
