Dispute taking Allegra in the morning and benedryll when I'm able to sleep my seasonal allergies are on the attack. I can't sing, speak or breath without gunk attacking me and it sucks Any tips/ home remodies ?
if it affects your nose/sinus a lot, I'd recommend using a nasal spray your doctor can prescribe you. When I have a gig to play (I sing too) I make sure I've used the spray days before hand, and I wear a mask or something leading up to the gig.
