Root Canal

Discussion in 'Physical & Sexual Health' started by anthonythegamer, May 4, 2014.

  1. I'm going to get a root canal on Saturday because last year, my old dentist didn't fill my cavity well enough and more decay happened UNDER the filling #negligent_ass

If you guys ever had a root canal, tell me the experience, especially if you had it done under local anesthesia! I'm going to get numbed down because there are less health risks so please share your stories!

I nearly got one. Instead I got an extraction.

The anaesthesia should be enough to numb all the pain. Depends on how strong it is, and how long the entire operation takes.

    All the best

It's no big deal. With a good dentist or endodontist it takes about 45 minutes, you don't feel anything, just somebody poking and prodding and drilling in your mouth, and usually they do a couple of x-rays in the middle of the procedure to make sure they've done everything correctly.

    Really nothing to worry about.
