I really hate the fact that I can't sleep at night. I really hate how I want to be able to sleep, but am unable to. I do not like this, not one bit. I try to keep the stimuli down, but that only makes things worse. But the type of stimulus also needs to be brought into account. If it is something that I've seen/listened to before, that normally works, but most of the time it doesn't. I reiderate, I hate this rampant insomnia...
