I was just singing many songs in english. And now seems I'm breathless! I'm not able to breath by nose, quite always. It seems I run a lot of kilometres.

It's an awful feeling  It seems I can't breath. Now I'm doing that by mouth...

Please tell me I have to be calm! I have just to breath, just to breath....

Could it be a deviation to the nasal septum? My nose isn't very symmetrical and I can't breath well :icon_sad: Has anyone this problem?

If you're breathing very heavily after singing than I'd see a doctor to make sure there is nothing sinister going on. I promise you it isn't the fact that they're English songs :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

But yes, please, if you are concerned about something see a doctor!

    Buona fortuna

Yeah, I have this problem also when I sing in italian  But singing in english helped me to realise that because the pronunciation is different and a little bit complicated for a person who isn't a native language. However, grazie

I didn't, either but suddenly developed a shortness of breath at age 23 (I was diagnosed with asthma at that time). So, you might want to ask a doctor. It could be a deviated septum also... Sorry, bro. (*hug*)

Maybe you have nasal congestion. I get that all the time.

Whenever I get sick, or my allergies act up, one of my nose holes will close up. When it opens back up, the other one closes. Sometimes both of them will close at the same time.

I usually have to breathe through my mouth when that happens, which makes it impossible to sleep. :frowning2:

I'm not allergic and I suffer of these problems of breathing also when it's summer with 40 degrees outside  I'm sorry that you have problems to sleep!

Uhm, no. Now I completely calm and quite and I have difficulties to breath by nose the same.

I get that too, actually. I lived in Florida for 6 months last year, and I was HORRIBLY sick for the first 2-3 months, which is a little weird since I'm part native American.

I guess being sheltered for so long has made me sensitive to weather/temperature changes... :frowning2:

It's OK. It's not as bad, nowadays. My vitamin C intake is a lot higher than it used to be.
