I dont have a clue what caused it but my lower back has been hurting me, it doesnt really hurt normally but when i do like a lot of exercise it starts to ache a bit but when i really use it like doing gymnastics or falling on it then it really hurts and really hurts for long after~ A sec ago i fell over and it really hurts and it making me sad >.< What could i have done?
Do me a favour and just poke yourself on the arm. Now poke the same place again. Poke it reasonably hard, you should be able to feel the push. Now do that for an hour or so and tell me how badly your arm hurts! You do things enough times it's going to hurt eventually, either because you land wrong or just repetition. Are you stretching properly before and after? Have you over-lifted anything? Landed funny? Twisted too fast in one direction or another?
I do try and strecth before everything and i havent lifted heavy things for while so i guess i just fell on it weirdly >.<
Just keep an eye on it, will you? I'm no stranger to back-pain and you do NOT want it to get worse. If it doesn't go away or gets worse speak to someone!
