    Ive been taking over-the-counter plant estrogen supplements to begin my m2f transition. Has anyone had luck with this or any type of supplements? And does this just waiste my time and money? Im absolutely desperate to become a woman and grow my own breasts. Any tips, advice?:bang:

    Im sorry but its a bad idea to try and self medicate plus im pretty sure over the counter stuff wont really have that good of results. Its best to just see a therapist about hrt and go from there.
