    Questioning
    Hello all,

I am a 25 year old female who just recently started the fine art of masturbating. I was always told that this is a "sinful" thing to do, but recently I have been moving farther away from my extremely strict religious background. Now, before my question... here's a little background:

    As I said I'm 25 years old.
I am "technically" (meaning physically) not a virgin, but I have never had consensual sex (oral, vaginal or any other kind of sex)
I have tried using my hands to masturbate but it never seems to get me very far
I bought a Trojan Pulse personal massager, and have still yet to orgasm. :bang:
I get wet and I know I'm aroused, but I never seem to be able to get far enough.

My questions are... is there a "wrong" way to masturbate? Is there something wrong with me that I can't seem to get there? Do I need a stronger vibrator? How long is it supposed to take? (i've heard that women take longer then men)

Well, most women orgasm from clitoral stimulation so that's stimulation to the outside. So like maybe try to get a normal massage vibrator and just press it around the outside area of the vagina. It's important to relax and maybe even try to think of an...ehem...enticing situation.

Thanks. I have tried watching "enticing" videos, and I do feel aroused, but never reach full arousal... I don't know if that makes sense.

  4. I'm gonna second the suggestion of relaxing. Being too tense or too intent on orgasm alone without breathing and just enjoying yourself can make it hard to finish!

okay i have some weird, really specific tips.

    try reading smut.
try shutting your eyes. sometimes that helps in focusing on the buildup.
just relax and enjoy the sensations. just going in for an orgasm doesn't work all the time, you gotta enjoy the touch, and just keep going til you feel it.
AND playing around the clit instead of going straight for it helps too. as well as touching other areas (nips, even non-erogenous zones) before you actually get to the most sensitive parts.
try having dirty thoughts and not touching yourself for a little while before you masturbate.
also... i know this is weird. but drink like, two-three bottles of water. not like all at one time, but maybe two with a meal and then sip on the second while watching tv or something. WEIRD, but, when your bladder is full it presses against the wall of your g-spot. feels amazing.
also make sure you're in a super private spot where you won't risk interruptions. worrying about whether or not someone might walk in is really distracting and doesn't help.

anywhere from 10-30 minutes is normal for me. but it varies for everybody.

You need to get yourself relaxed and aroused first before doing anything. Watch/read porn (or just think about it), try some soft music, let your mind wander, play with your breasts...

There's no wrong way to masturbate, it depends on the girl.

If you're mostly focusing on penetration, you probably won't orgasm that way though; only 25% of women orgasm from penetration. I think penetration is more so good for 'foreplay', while external rubbing finishes the job.
