A group of people came to my school and discussed safe sex and HIV and everything like that but they didn't talk about STD (or STI) protection for lesbians. They just mentioned condoms, birth control, and regular testing. I've been wondering if there is STD protection for lesbians. I'm not ready to have sex or even thinking about having it at the moment but when I am I would like to be prepared and safe and even though I say questioning I know for certain I like girls. Thank you to anyone who responds.
Dental dams for oral sex and gloves for penetration. Dental dams can be made by cutting the tip off of a condom and cutting it down the side to make a flat piece that you put between your tongue and her during oral sex. Some gals put a x on one side so they know which side is up, or the one they have in their mouths in other words. Also, use of condoms on dildos and vibrators protect from exchanging body fluids. You change the condom between partners.
Dental dams. Female condoms. Male condoms if vibrators or dildos are used. Make sure you always get your partner checked out too.
i guess, every time you sleep with someone new. or if its with the same person i,e relationship then every 6 months. idk though.... i guess im just too cautious lol.
That makes sense , I kinda wish they made an std kit where you could use it at home and test for everything .
