Back pain?

So basically, I've been binding for a little over 8 months and for the past 2, it's been a daily occurrence. I'm full-time so I'm always wearing it out in public. I sometimes take it off when I get home but if I'm out and about, I might be out of the house for almost 12 hours at a time. I don't bind while I sleep.

I've had back pain to some extent for years but after I began binding, got worse. And lately, if I go over 5-6 hours binding, I'll experience a lot of back and chest pain.

It doesn't restrict my breathing, still able to take a full breath, and I can do vigorous activity while binding (but I admit, I've never done a full work-out in the binder).

My question is, how can I lessen back pain and still bind on a regular basis? Binding's important to my ability to live (safely) full-time and I don't imagine I'll be able to have top surgery any time within the next couple years because of finances...
