   So, I hit the third stage of puberty when I was 10 or 11. When should it end? Or is it just random?

   I didn't end puberty till I was in my 20s... last growth spurt didn't happen until 20-21 and I didn't really have to start shaving until I was 25-26. Only your body knows. There is no set time frame....
