So I went out and took possession of the stairway in the house and ran 50 stories up and down...and at the end when I went back home, the veins were showing on my head. Is that anything to be worried about? They sunk back in after about 15 minutes, but I'm afraid that if I do this too much they'll stay and I'll look uglier than before!
