antisereotonins are known to have devastating effects on sexual libido.

do you have an active sexual life, despite taking them?

You talking SSRIs? Like Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac etc......yes the side effects can affect your sex drive. It is a common side effect. However, there are many to chose from so talk to your doctor and tell him or her about this side effect and have them switch you. I started on Paxil, began to have problems so my Doc switched me to Zoloft. I have no problems on this. So talk to your doctor, it's not the first time he has heard these side effects.

well Prozac killed my sex drive then I went off it for a bit and within two days it as back with a fury. Different medications do different things, if you are having problems they can try different ones or suggest "weekends off" or something (don't try this on your own, I did because I had to and just noticed it).

I have obsessive thoughts, don't know if it's psycosis, but I guess I will have to take at least some meds. I don't want my sexuality to be screwed up by this. Masturbation is my only relief.

Depends on the meds you take. Lexapro doesn't bother mine.
