    Hi,
I'm new here but my partner is having a issue with bottoming.
We never had any issues before -at least once a day- but suddenly he is having excruciating pain whenever i try to penetrate more than an inch. We always use plenty of lube and foreplay. I'm at a loss, any ideas what could be wrong??
    we're both 20 and I'm 7.5" and quite thick.

Have you tried going to a doctor? I would suggest getting professional medical help over online advice (not to disrespect anyone here). However with something as important as your health I would seek professional advice.

I'm with Gabe as far as going to the doctor goes, but we can maybe try to figure out what might be going on.

Does he have any pain with bowel movements? Is the pain he experiences a constant pain, or sharp and short?

Hi guys, We would love to find out whats wrong! its been going on for a while now
He is reluctant to see a Dr about this due to tis nature.
There is no pain with bowel movements nor is there any blood. As for the pain, it is constant and extreme for the time i am in there but alleviates immediately after i pull-out.

Absolutely, he should see a doctor. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. It could be minor and easily remedied, or it could be more serious. Either way, you'll both feel much better after you know.

it is entirely possible that hemorrhoids are occurring and could burst which wouldn't in and of itself be terribly dangerous...but the problem is, extreme pain in the rectal or colorectal area is NOT a place to just ignore. I get the hesitation and it may be truly a minor issue but you can't mess with colorectal pain of that magnitude

Do fingers cause any pain? (Get him to do it himself and see)
Can you physically see anything on or just inside his anus that has changed from normal?

No obvious changes to be seen.

Tell him to go to the doctor. If his doctor isn't gay friendly, then he can say it's constipation (but make sure that the cause of the pain is dealt with and that he's not simply prescribed laxatives).
