Omg A Grey Hair!!!

    Is it common for someone who is 16 to start getting grey hairs? I don't know if it could be stress related, because I am really under pressure lately. But I was just wondering... is this normal?

    It is normal. One of my friends who is only 18 has a couple. Nothing to worry about.

    Yes gray hair can be common however at 16 that kinda worries me in a way,Gray hair can be either genetic from the genes from your mother or father or gray hair can also be caused by stress which is not good at all.Here are a few questions have you been stressed out lately ? Do you know if your mom dad brother or sister also have gray hair at a younge age there are many other reasons why but this are some of the most popular reasons why gray hair is caused please let me know and keep us updated this is nothing to be to worried about.

    I found a couple of grey hairs when I was 15. My mother thought it was hilarious.

    Im 21 and I find them on my head from time to time

    best advice I can give you... don't stress over it, it will only cause more :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Ive found 5 grey hairs and one blond one in my hair whilst straightening. Im not worried :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    I developed LOADS of them when I was coming out to my friends and doing my GCSE exams. They're annoying, but a normal result of stress.

    A few gray hairs? :icon_wink I'm sorry, I had a bit of a laugh, as my right side is now all salt & pepper :icon_bigg My father was gray by 30.

    But, I don't worry about it. I have friends that look about 35 years old with their receding hairline (if they ever take off their hats). I'll take the gray!

    I get pure white hairs every now and then. Apparently I've been getting them since I was a baby.

    My friend david had some grey hairs last year. We were pulling them out in study hall. Lol. Another friend seth is like...19 or 20 and has a receding hairline. Honestly...his is horrible. I think he needs that bosley hair replacement thing. Don't worry about grey hairs. it sounds normal.

    myra: My hairline has receded already and I'm 32. Otherwise, I would look 25.

    That Really sucks. My problem is i have too much hair. Lol. Its too think and heavy. It'll bruise my scalp every now and again.

    Haha, I think it's pretty normal. One of my female friends had a lot of grey to white hair at age 15, you'd think they were highlights. Also, I've got white chin hair, which I just noticed recently when I let it grow longer than I usually do before shaving.
