I think we all do, just....It's different. Most women orgasm from clitoral stimulation, very few orgasm from penetration. And ejaculation is extremely rare.

Squirting, I think is what you're asking about. It's more of a porn thing but it is physically possible for some female-bodied people. Some also get a surge of natural lubricant though it doesn't tend to shoot anywhere, lol. It just gets really thick. If neither happen to you, that's normal and nothing to be worried about.
