    Ok I think I'm having a panic/anxiety attack. Im just freaking out and I dont know what to do, and I dont want to be alone, but Im going to be alone, and my hands feel tingly and numb and im hyperventilating and I need help.

    Parents. They can't find out. I'm supposed to be doing better. And its such a stupid reason to be freaking out, they'd ask questions.

    I lost my phone amd its so stupid because its just a phone, but its the only way Ican talk to ,y friemds because Im being homeschooled and I'm just startimg to make some real friends and I can't bear to lose them. My mouth feels dry amd I think my fpots starting to get tingly too.

    No. Not really. I.... I can't live without friends again. I can't live like that I might have a girlfriend soon amd I can't lose her. I can't..... My foots definetly tingly...

    Icant. They'd ask questions and I can't handle that. Imsupposed tobe doing better. This isn't supposed to be happening.

    They ask me questionsthat I know the answer to but cant seem to answer, and they get hurt.

    No. That's part of the problem. Everything is just so overwhelmimg amd I can barely handle this with my friends support,but without them....

    i get it ok, do you have a house phone if you do call your phones number and see if you can find it
