I've always had gender identity issues, and was hoping to one day be able to go forward with the transition, but money issues aside, that's not the question I wanted to ask. I have all the female parts, but I have avoided the gyno like a plague because it makes me extremely uncomfortable to be reminded I have female parts. I ended up having to go anyways because I get very painful periods and ovarian cysts. Anyways, should I explain my gender issue with my gyno? If so how in the world do I even approach something like that?
