So this has been happening to me for a while now and I'm wondering if it's normal. You'll laugh and think I'm trolling but I promise I'm not. Whenever it's of a medium or cold temperature, if I touch my nipples I feel this pit-of-my-stomach feeling like going over a roller coaster. No other experience (besides intense dread) can produce this feeling, it literally only happens when I touch that area of my body. WTF. Is this normal.
From what I've heard that part of the body can stimuli many different things. My boyfriend got a tingling feeling at the tip of his penis when you touched them. That was a bit wierd i would say. I think you aren't exactly normal in terms of general stimulization but you have nothing to worry about.
Nipple stimulation is a fairly well known method of sexual arousal. I'm not sure why you're feeling dread. It could be something is "miswired" such that you are having negative emotions instead of positive.
