Body Feminization workouts

    It's pretty simple. I'm a guy (unfortunately) with wide shoulders, a thick torso, and thick legs. I'm also overweight by about 40 pounds. The weight, which is now decreasing, was caused by issues related to this and other matters, but I'm only mentioning it so I can try and get as much help as possible.

    I'll never have the ever popular thigh gap (when I was 15 pounds under weight I didn't have it, so I doubt I ever will if I want to stay healthy) and I'll always be big/wide chested. I'm wide. These are things I wish I was the opposite of, but you work with what you got.

    What possible workouts are their for someone with my body type to do to give myself a more feminine look? Or more accurate, what are the best workouts?
