I've been getting sharp pains in my right foot and it was from a flip flops I was wearing. I stopped wearing them ,but the pain got worse and I don't know how to get better.:icon_sad:

Is there an ER or Doctors near where you live? You should get it checked out.

Have you worn them before? Jandals shouldn't do that to feet, I mean flip flops

It could be that you aren't wearing the right type of shoe and it is your body getting used to it, or you pulled a muscle in your foot and it is still tweaking at times. It may also be the pain related to being "flat footed", it is surprisingly painful. If in doubt or it continues, I recommend you go to your doctor.
