Recently i began restricting my diet in order to cut lots of sugar and fats out, and I really only eat 2 meals a day woth lots of fruits and veggies for snacks. I have come to find that now, whenever i eat one of my meals, I find that my stomach hurts afterwards. Is this normal when dieting...
