Recently i began restricting my diet in order to cut lots of sugar and fats out, and I really only eat 2 meals a day woth lots of fruits and veggies for snacks. I have come to find that now, whenever i eat one of my meals, I find that my stomach hurts afterwards. Is this normal when dieting... Or should I probably consult my doctor?...

Well this is no medical advise so its up to you to consult a medical or diet specialist...

I just tell what I do...
I read that there are different body types, some like a bit of warm foods or warm beverages from time to time going with their meal...

I see to it that there is a healthy variety of nutritients which I like...

and I think its healthy to eat slowly... not too fast... it also might make the meal more enjoyable...

You need to incorporate more food into your diet. Like for example a frozen paella (the one they sell here) is 652 calories for 600 grams of food, this is like, too good to be true. Lean pork stakes are 155 calories per 100 grams, eggs are 143, etc...

The trick to losing weight is to make your body, NOT get used to processing what you are eating, you need to change it up...

I would consult your Doctor for two reasons: first, to understand what might be causing the pain, but second because he/she should be able to provide good and safe dietary advice, or refer you to a dietician/nutritionist who can.
