Involuntary Twitches

Happens to me all the time. Don't worry.

 

it's called a myoclonic jerk, it happens to everyone.

 

I do the same all the time, no worries.

 

I get this too. It's normal (according to MY doctor)

 

I get them, it is super embarrassing when it happens when you are awake or sleeping with someone and you accidently hit them. The number of times I have accidently hit my ex is countless.

 

I get this too. It's so awkward.

 

It happens to a lot of people in Stage II of sleep. It's usually completely harmless, but if you feel like it's affecting your sleep, you may want to go see a doctor about it.
