Involuntary Twitches

    So sometimes when I sleep, usually my arm, leg, or eye with twitch or jerk. Is this okay?

    it's called a myoclonic jerk, it happens to everyone.

    I get them, it is super embarrassing when it happens when you are awake or sleeping with someone and you accidently hit them. The number of times I have accidently hit my ex is countless.

    It happens to a lot of people in Stage II of sleep. It's usually completely harmless, but if you feel like it's affecting your sleep, you may want to go see a doctor about it.
