What are the symptoms of having an ovotestes, if you appear totally physically female and you menstruate (but you have irregular, light periods and experience severe cramps for weeks beforehand)? I'm fairly sure that there's something… different about my hormone levels and/or my reproductive system… having something like nonclassical CAH would explain a lot about me, but I was curious as to how an ovotestes would present itself. I've never been to a gynecologist before. I can also feel a hard mass kinda-thing in my lower left stomach, and I've started feeling nauseated/tired/crampy more often. Is this important? (Oh and I'm a virgin, so it can't be… y'know…)
