Hey, i'm very new here and i'm looking to connect with other queer or nonbinary folks who struggle with body dysphoria and/or eating disorders. I'm going to make a really serious effort to get back on track and eat properly, but i don't know anyone else who openly talks about having an eating disorder and i'm not comfortable talking to people i know about it anyway.

I'm currently around 130lbs, 5'5. I'm aware this is within 'target weight' but most of that weight is in muscle mass. I frequently forget to eat (i'm typically eating one actual meal a day, and maybe an apple or granola bar outside that) and don't typically register being hungry. I'm 22, genderqueer AFAB, any pronouns but he/him/his please.

If anyone can identify with this or point me in a better direction, i'd really appreciate it. If this is the wrong place for this kind of thing, i'm really sorry.

    Its not the wrong place...

you might think about eating selfmade soups from time to time (I'd go with organic soup cubes and a few sliced vegetables, all cooked), maybe with whole grain bread, for example... something to soothe the stomach, something warm and easy to digest...
I'd say look up a few recipes, maybe for students, which are easy to make, have a healthy variety and enough fruits and vegetables... like tomatoes (unless allergic) or salad going with meals...

If in doubt you might ask a nutrition specialist...

And you might build your self-confidence a bit... maybe doing things you like (within reason), or something creative... writing, cooking, gardening....

Concerning body disphoria, you might try unisex trousers... and sweaters one or two sizes bigger...
