So there's been another thread here recently, but about body hair. My question is, what is your preference with your male partners (let's say long-term partners)? Would you mind if he had a beard or just stubble, or you like it shaven? If you'd allow a beard, what style would you be comfortable with? Full? Goatee? Sideburns? I'd like your opinions!
Facial hair is by far my favorite attribute of human beings (hell I'd probably even like it on women). I love the stuff. The more the better.
I like it I'd say go for the full stubble or beard look. For my tastes at least, I find its hard for a guy to pull off mustaches or sideburns
I voted goatee at most. I did try to make one of my own, but it failed miserably and since then I've been shaving twice a week. Luckily it's not growing too horribly fast. I don't know, full beards sound like something I'd expect to be on older people's faces more (lol?) I somehow associate beards and mustaches with homophobic-masculinity if that makes any sense, but I don't think any less of those who have them.
I'm indifferent towards it. I'd let them keep whatever they'd like as long as it was clean and not too much (I may have problems if they'd like a duck dynasty beard). For me, I will probably stay clean shaven.
My preference is for stubble or less. But that preference reflects how attractive I find random guys. In terms of a relationship, I wouldn't consider more than stubble to be a deal breaker. Also I won't rule out the possibility that a specific guy might be hotter with lots of facial hair.
I like full beards or stubble, but not long. I'd say small to medium size full beard is perfect. What I like is probably classified as goatee with mustache. Facial hair usually makes guys look hotter, to me at least
I'm a bottom, and I don't like much on guys, stubble or a short beard is fine, but more than that I can't really stand. Current BF is clean shaven and I'm not saying I would break up if he said he wanted to grow something, but I would definitely try to convince him otherwise.
I like stubble, clean shaven, and small-medium beards. It makes guys look so hot. Some people look better without any facial hair though. I'm actually growing a beard right now. I hope it looks ok on me.
I prefer clean shaven, although a bit of stubble is fine too. I love the feeling of a good shave and I think guys look better that way too. That said, if someone I really liked had some facial hair I'd probably be ok with that, and if a boyfriend decided to grow a beard I likely wouldn't mind. But the guys I find myself attracted to tend not to have facial hair.
I wouldn't think of it as "allowing." As far as I'm concerned, it's not my business to allow my boyfriend to grow his beard out or not. I have a preference for rather "short" facial hair (from clean-shaven to goatee+moustache I actively find sexy, but full beards are not my favorite thing), and that will probably play a role in the initial attraction, but since we're talking about long-term partners here... I think in a long-term partner, a beard is not the most important thing for me.
It's a really interesting thing to discuss so I'll bump this topic I noticed that most amount of women and gay/bisexual guys prefer to have clean-shaven partners but I don't belong to this type :icon_bigg I like clean-shaven guys but with beards too, especially with such full an long like here 25 Classy Facial Hair Styles - Achieve the Look You Want Such style looks very handsome and masculine for me but of course if a guy cares well about his beard :icon_bigg Also I'm growing mine too, it looks like this one But I don't understand that guys who think that only a beard can make them a true masculine man :lol:
