I've recently begun undertaking the challenge to learn how to do the splits (really working my way up to be able to perform the deadly and ever impressive drop split). So far I'm working on stretching my hamstrings to get them more flexible. Can anyone do the splits here? If so, how did you learn, and could you please give me any advice and details to go about doing it properly so as to not hurt myself?
The drop split: the one move that drops panties and boxers to the floor so fast that it will literally fuse with the pavement. I wish I could help you with this noble goal.
