So earlier tonight I was feeling a cold coming on, but I thought it would be fine to go out. Three beers later my forehead is really warm and I'm achy all over... I stopped drinking needless to say and I'm chugging water like crazy, but I'm so worried about what I may have done to my body. What if I'm coming down with the flu or mono? I feel like a zombie. What should I do? This is probably gonna give me a hangover tomorrow morning given that I'm actually sick, and I have class fml Does anyone know about anything that might give my immune system a boost tomorrow? All I have is water right now but someone told me orange juice would be good, idk this just sucks so much...

orange juice should help. I'd say, take some nyquil and get good rest (by you have class)

So, water and rest. The beer is just making you feel worse, otherwise, shouldn't be any worse than any other time you've had 3 beers.

lots of liquids, no alcohol. back in the day, the advertisement said "Drink plenty of fluids, rest in bed, and take Bayer aspirin."

I had a cold earlier this past week, and tested this hypothesis, just a bit. I've never liked to drink a lot, but I found that, lacking Nyquil, a shot of something reasonably high proof does seem to reduce the irritation of a sore throat slightly and puts me to sleep faster.

I can imagine that drinking excessively would make things worse, but I've never felt like trying it.

Take some vitamin c and zinc tablets. Drink a Gatorade before bed, and drink plenty of fluids and eat some soup, preferably something like chicken noodle.
