Has any one that wears a binder notice that the day after they feel like they can hardly breath and have issues breathing and really bad back pain? I am new to binding with a binder and did it for the third time yesterday for 8 hours and feel like a bull dosser has run me over today.

I would suggest easing into wearing it. It takes your body some time to get used to it. Also, are you sure you have the correct size? What binder are you using?

I am wearing a medium sized binder and it is an under works used tank top binder, got it from a friend. And measured myself and that is the right size according to there sizing chart.

Ok, it could because it is something new and your body is getting used to it. I would lay off on using it for the next few days until the pain stops. Then, ease slowly into wearing it. It should not hurt, and it definitely should not affect your brearhing.

I've heard that it depends on brands a lot.

I am a transgender male (Female to Male) and use a under works binder to compress my chest area to look more male like until I can get top surgery one day to get rid of my man boobs.

I have used a T shirt and then binder over it and it seems to be less of a pain when I bind now.

It's important to not wear it for long periods of time off the the bat. Short increments at first, then increase slowly. You can cause lung damage wearing for too long, too quickly.
