Work out routine to get a more feminine body ?

    Hi !

    I was wondering whether there were some kind of workout that would make one look more feminine.

    I am quite large naturally and gained weight due to depression and binge eating, I could just go for a full cardio routine but... My life used to revolve around dancing, and I want to dance again so I have to lose volume but gain strength...

    Any idea please ? :3

    All I can think of is bellydancing. Bellydancers have the most amazing hips and abs.
