Okay, so my mom's sick right now. Like bad, she's confused and doesn't know what she's saying more than half the time, she's been babling about random stuff like vitamins and bandages, she says she hurts but won't say what hurts, she's got diarrhea and is, well, you know, on her bed and on the floor. I already cleaned both her bathroom's and my bathroom's floors. I've been trying to get her to go to a hospital for more than 24 hours. She keeps refusing because she's scared, and she thinks she'll be fine. But I think that if she doesn't go, she'll only be making herself worse.

I'm not going to call 911, this is because the hospital in my town is completely terrible, they give you something and leave you in a room for an hour, you don't see an actual doctor until you check out and only see nurses. I'm trying to convince her to go so I can take her to the a hospital the next town south of here that's only like a 15 minute drive.

    Help.

I know you said that you don't want to call 911, but surely she will see a doctor very quickly if she is soiling herself and is very confused.
If that is really not an option, could you call a trusted family member and get them to drive you both to the other hospital?
Or tell the ambulance crew to take you to the other hospital?

Before calling 911, I would recommend visiting the website of whichever hospital you plan on attending and calling their number. Hospitals have nurses on staff that are perfectly fine with addressing any specific questions and evaluating the situation to the best of their ability over the phone. Once you have a clear recommendation from a professional to visit the ER, then they will likely be more open to the idea and you could drive her yourself.

This will always be helpful so that you both aren't seated within an ER for an extended period of time before receiving assistance or recommendations. I wish you well.
