Hola chicas...well hopefully you're female or identify as female. If you're not/you don't, please go away. I don't want to be exclusive but this is a very embarrassing question that I need female opinions on because they would probably not laugh at me and/or think poorly of me because they get it. Or so I hope...
Okay so ladies...I want to talk about boobs. I don't like mine at all. My bra size is 32D. My mother and doctor think they're proportional to my body so I shouldn't worry the way I do. But I think they're too big and they kind of sag. I wouldn't mind if they were rounder or more "perky" (wow I'm sounding like such a big weirdo right now but there's no easy way to phrase these things, I apologize :tears:slight_smile:. I kind of want a reduction when I'm older but it won't look right. I'm not exactly skinny so small boobs will look like something's wrong obviously. I keep growing and having to get new bras every year. Last year I used to be a 30C and I was happy because I heard a C-cup is average so your boobs are normal-sized. But now I'm a D-cup. I actually was supposed to get a 30DD but those are rare because the band size is a lot smaller than your cup size so I need something with the numbers closer together.
I'm just a teenager so I can understand if it's just puberty, self-esteem issues, the usual. But it's been bothering me for a while so I'd love to know. I'm also worried because I heard that the bigger your boobs are, the most likely you are to get breast cancer. It was on some random blog but still. And my aunt lost her life to breast cancer so I'm already worried about that.
    Okay I'm done now...now um..it's your turn..:help:

I had naturally large breasts. I had a reduction because they were causing so many physical problems. And, I admit, I just didn't like them and I felt like people stared at them. I felt like I was defined by my breasts. And yes, they were saggy.

Boobs sag, unless they're pretty small. Wearing a supportive, well-fitting bra can make them seem perky. You can't do much about gravity short of surgery. I know, it sucks. But really, very few potential partners will care.

You should check out /r/abrathatfits. They can help you find bras in your size. I thought I was a 32DDD but it turned out I was a 30HH. American companies don't even make bras in that size! *sigh*

  3. youre only 15, your boobs will fluctate till youre in your 20s (i think at least). i know ive always had problems with minebeing big. im a 30e, but its hard to find and a 32dd fits but i dont feel supported enough, so i just wear sports bras with no underwiring to mask my problem ahha. i would love a reduction but i dont have the money.

maybe for your birthday or something your parents could take you to get some nice bras you like. i know that helps me, to feel better ones that i feel supppper comfortable in. but your boobs will always be proportionate to your body i think. its just the way it is, try not to worry too much though just let them do there thang.

UK brands commonly range from 28D to 38K. You should be able to find 30 bands where you live, flyinhernikes. you might have to go into a bigger city but you can also look online. Brastop, figleaves, etc.

Honestly, I think that the only way for you to have smaller boobs that look natural is to lose some weight. They might naturally become a bit smaller, and a reduction wouldn't look so unnatural.

It's fairly normal for women with naturally large breasts to dislike them I'm afraid :icon_sad: but I don't think that there is any like between breast size and probability of having breast cancer. It can be fairly difficult to find bras in the correct size if you have larger breasts but if you keep shopping around you should find somewhere which stocks your size, have you tried specialist bra shops like bravissimo? Naturally larger breasts just aren't 'perky', I know how it feels to think that your boobs are saggy, I've felt like I have the boobs of a middle aged woman since I was about your age, but the only advice I can give is to try to avoid comparing yourself to other people.

Working out can help give your boobs a natural lift! Different chest exercises with weights can strengthen your pectoral muscles which will then naturally hold your boobs up. Of course it's not realistic to get super perky huge boobs by solely doing chest exercises, but if you do cardio (will reduce the size a bit) and the chest strength training, you will definitely see results. Also, just for some positive reinforcement, I like boobs and so do many other people. You should be happy to have them!

Not a girl just a brother who was raised with 4 girls all have been in the same thing as you
First accept yourself your body will keep changing we are teens our bodies are crazy now until we calm down in our 20s and see our true form we need to accept every stage in our body
Second work your body out lifting your chest up and losing some fat will give you a model look
Third stop worrying anout breast cancer my mother is in her 50s she have really large boobs and she doesnt have cancer neither did her mother or any of her sisters large breasts are a very common thing in my family
One of My sisters is 13 and she worries that she is too big but i got to admit for 13years my sis has big boobs she is very thin which makes them very very visable in tight clothes
Idk why you girls worry About having big ones when other girls use all kind of ways to get big ones but i respect you hun for each their own

Hey not a girl either but I think I can add some input on medical side of this. If you really feel that these breasts do not represent the person you are or hold you back from living a happy normal life than plastic surgery is my best recommendation. If you feel that you hate your body image and your Brest are something you hate about it, than I must advice against and recommend therapy.

~ I won't comment anymore to respect your wishes but feel free to message me if you are curious about plastics.

I am a 36 D. I'm much older than you but can remember feeling the same way about having large breasts. Even when I'm skinny I always feel I look heavier than I am because of my breasts and there are certain types of cute shirts that I cant wear.

As others have said your body will continue to change for a while. Find a few really great fitting bras. Find somewhere that will measure you properly to get the right size. Now that I am older I actually like my breasts.

Hey, I had big boobs and hated them... I lost some weight and the boobs followed. Now they're pretty small and I like them haha! If you're a big girl and have low self steem, losing weight may help

I'm a 34DDD and I really wish I could just drop at least 2 cup sizes over night but unfortunately that's not possible.... I'm considering getting surgery when I'm older

Often times you can get a breast reduction surgery covered by insurances in the US as a treatment for pain (like chronic back pain which can be caused or worsened by large breasts). If you feel like you need to lose weight, talk to a doctor about how to do it in a healthy way, or if you even need to--but weight loss can make your breasts smaller. Otherwise, you're stuck unless you have surgery. In the mean-time, go to a specialty shop and get good bras with good support and hand-wash them in Dreft.

(Random sources of my bizarre amount of knowledge: Female-bodied agender friend with large breasts, doctor husband)
