Okay so this only started a few months ago and it only happens at night. The first instance was when I was driving and I looked in my rear view mirror and I saw a human shadow figure and it scared the hell out of me. The 2nd time, was when I woke up and I heard a mans voice saying "get it done" over and over. The 3rd incident was the worst when I was about to go to sleep and the doorknob in my room was making a noise, as if someone was turning it really fast, and it got louder and louder and the sound became so loud, it sounded like it was next to my ear. And just lately, I've been feeling my bed shake, and thumping and stuff. Tonight, I thought I saw a curly haired woman for it to only be part of my car. These things haven't happened until after I moved into my new house. I'm at chase for being paranoid, but I'm not sure why my paranoia has been really bad lately, causing me to hear and see things that aren't there,

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Just one..... Do you believe in ghosts?? Or in psychic abilities?? That is the only one. When those things happen try not to fear and to calm down. Close your eyes and breathe. NEVER PANIC.

Are you familiar with sleep paralysis? That's when you wake up mostly paralyzed for a short time. It can happen around the time you go to sleep, and around the time you wake up. Some people experience hallucinations during it. It can be quite terrifying, but it's fairly common. Nothing paranormal about this.

If it's not that... are you seeing these shadows out of the corner of your eye, and do the visions disappear when you look at them? If so, I think that's caused by tiredness and/or anxiety.

It's more than that. Every night, when I'm laying bed listening to music, my bed will shake. I'm not trying to be weird here, I don't believe in ghosts but none of this happened until I got to this house, I'll go to sleep and it will 60 degrees and my room will colder than all the rooms in the morning. I've felt things grab me. And I don't know what's going on but whatever it is, it's freaking me out and the shadows aren't in the corner of my eye. They're in front of me

Well, I have lots of supernatural opinions but like you said, you dont believe in them so I wont bother.

    Lets get scientific!
Maybe there's Carbon Monoxide spill in your house. Carbon Monoxide (CO) is an invisible and odor less gass that can induce hallucinations. That may explain your bed shaking, shadows, things grabbing you, sudden temperature change, and you hearing things. Check your heaters, vents, stove, etc.

You said these hallucinations only happen at night, so that's why it's makes sense to rule out possible causes such as sleep paralysis and sleep disorders. I mentioned it isn't paranormal because some people mistake sleep paralysis hallucinations for paranormal experiences. I don't believe in ghosts either.

Since the bed seemingly shakes every night, I'd be tempted to record it with a camera. Watch back to see if it was only my brain playing tricks.

It might be in your best interest to discuss this with a doctor. They'll rule out other possible causes and possibly refer you to a specialist. If this happens, please remember to tell them when the hallucinations began. Good luck.

I would agree that there is likely nothing suprnatural about this and I would make a recording to see if anything can actually be seen.
