It's probably stress related. Check to see if your pupils are dialated because that can be a sign of stress too.
I'm pretty sure that if your blood pressure is high it's a good idea to decrease(Increase maybe?) the amount of sodium in your diet. I have low blood preasure and tend to get light headed alot, and my doctor tells me to add sodium to my diet, so I'm assuming that you would want less sodium.
Consulting a doctor is a very good idea though.

Anything salty, moast frozen food use salt to keep them cold, (especially ice cream) and just lots of other foods. Sodium content should be printed as a percentage on the nutrition facts balock somewhere near the sugar and carbohydrates.

I can't feel mine either, but that's normal. You have to know where to look for the pulse, and even then it can feel faint through the skin.

Yeah, that's because the heart is working extra hard to pump the blood throughout the body.
It's a good idea to go see the doctor. He'll probably give you some blood thinners of it's bad enough, but if he doesn't, green vegetables are natural blood thinners. Eating them more oftem might help you to stay awake.

Sorry if I'm sounding a little boring with my medical trivia. I just know some stuff about this because high blood preasure runs in my family. lol

You could go to any pharmacy where they have those blood pressure machines and just check your blood pressure. If its indeed high, you should make a doctor appointment. As far as sodium, alot of pre-packaged and frozen foods have high sodium in them. Read the labels! The doctor can put you on some medication to lower your blood pressure.

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) at 13yoa is rather uncommon.

I doubt it's HBP, but get it check out anyway because chest pains are never a good sign.

Yes do go see a doctor, so they can tell you what is really going on. The pains could be any number of things.
