Seriously. I've had regular sexual activity since I was 16 and since my partner got pregnant and the subsequent breakup, I haven't had sex in a year. It's driving me insane.

    Masturbate or do things.

Put that frustration into something, like lifting weights or jogging. Write something, maybe you'll be inspired for a grand idea. I find hitting sand bags as very helpful.

Otherwise, you can deal with it or you turn to prostitution.

I know this is all easier said than done.

    I masturbate plenty.

I never actually figured out how to take frustration and turn it into other kinds of energy. Sand bags sound nice, but I've nowhere to hang one. I've looked into it.

    Oh sweetie :frowning2:

I understand what you mean. My level of sexual frustration is at an all-time high. I use running and strength training to try and manage it.

I hope you'll find someone to share wonderful experiences with soon! (*hug*)

You don't have to hang them. You can put them against a wall, or in some kind of holding container, like half a barrel or a crate, just something to keep it fairly in place. The bag, depending on how big and filled it is, should keep it from moving a lot... unless you're the Hulk then, well, I can't help you.
