hooking up doesnt mean a commited relationship. he could be hooking up with others and may ir may not be using condoms. wear a condom unless you are in a committed relationship with your trusted partner. even then people cheat. dont risk it. its not worth it.
My opinion has always remained the same. Unless you have been in a committed monogamous relationship with someone for at least six months, you should always use protection.
